- Respond to all the recorded prompts using your dial-pad.
- When you complete the telephone survey, you get 1 entry to the contest.
- Each receipt is valid for one telephonic survey.

3. Mail
- No purchase is required for this entry method.
- You will hand write the following info on a paper:-
