Invitation for the online survey will be printed on your receipt.

Enter 25 digit survey code printed on your receipt.
You must complete the online survey within 7 days of receipt date.
Answer all the survey questions based on your recent experience.
You will also fill an entry form with the following info:-
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Zip code
When you complete the online survey and entry form, you get 1 entry to the sweepstakes.
Each receipt is valid for one online survey.
There is no limit on the number of entries per person in a month.

2. Mail:-

No purchase is required to participate through this method.
To participate via mail, you will hand write the following details:-
- Full name
- Complete address
- Phone number
- Date of birth
- Email
Mechanically produced entries are not accepted.
There is no limit on number of entries per person in a month.
Each entry has to be mailed separately.

The promotion period for Talk to Regal Guest Experience Survey begins on January 1st of each calendar year and ends on December 31st of that year.

There is no limit on the number of entries per person in each month.

There are 12 separate entry periods during the entire promotion period.
Duration of each entry period is 1 month.
Each entry period begins and ends with the calendar month.
A separate random draw is held for each entry period.
The lucky draw is held in each following month.
Non-winning entries are not carried over to the next entry period.

Regal Survey Winners

There is a separate draw for each of the 12 entry periods.
1 prize winner is selected randomly from each entry period.
Total of 12 prize winners are selected over the entire promotion period.

TalktoRegal Prize

1 prize winner is selected from each of the 12 drawing periods.
Each prize winner will receive $100.
The prize is given in the form of a Regal Entertainment Gift Card.

Talk to Regal Prize Rules

You can use the gift card at any participating Regal Theatre.
This gift card is not transferable or exchangeable.
Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash.

How are Winners of Regal Survey Notified

The winners of Talk to Regal Guest Experience Survey are notified via e-mail.
Each winner must respond to the above notification via email within 5 days.
If a prize winner does not respond within the above time, the prize will be forfeit.
An alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
