Roundys Feedback Sweepstakes Period
The Roundy’s Customer Satisfaction Survey promotion period begins on 1st February of each calendar year and ends on 31st August of that year. There is no limit on the number of entries per person in a month, whether online or mail.

How are Winners of Roundys Feedback Notified
- Winners of Roundy’s Sweepstakes are notified via:-

- Postal Mail
- Each Grand Prize winner must provide an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release within the time prescribed in the notification.
- Any potential winner who can’t provide the above document within the prescribed time will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
- If a winner’s initial notification or prize is returned undelivered, the prize is forfeit and awarded to an alternate winner.
