You can enter Roundy’s sweepstakes via these 2 entry methods:-

1. Online

  • Purchase from a participating Roundy’s store is required.
  • You will have to make a purchase during the promotion period.
  • Visit the official survey website www.roundysfeedback.com.
  • Enter the following info printed on your receipt:-
    • Date of Visit
    • Time
    • Entry ID
  • You must take the online survey within 7 days of visit.
  • Answer all the survey questions based on your recent experience.
  • You will also fill an online entry form with this info:-
    • Full name
    • Complete address
    • Telephone number
  • When you complete the online survey and entry form, you get 1 entry to the sweepstakes.
  • Each receipt is valid for one online survey.
  • There is no limit on the number of entries per person.

2. Mail

  • No purchase is required for this entry method.
  • You will hand write the following info on a paper:-
    • Full name
    • Complete address
    • Telephone number
  • Mechanically produced entries are not eligible.
  • Each mail entry must be sent separately.
  • There is no limit on the number of mail entries per person.
  • Each eligible mail entry will result in 1 entry to the sweepstakes.

Roundys Feedback Sweepstakes Period

The Roundy’s Customer Satisfaction Survey promotion period begins on 1st February of each calendar year and ends on 31st August of that year. There is no limit on the number of entries per person in a month, whether online or mail.

Roundys Survey Entry Periods

  • There are 7 separate entry periods during the entire sweepstakes period.
  • Duration of each entry period is 1 month.
  • Each entry period begins and ends with the calendar month.
  • A separate random draw is held for each entry period.
  • Lucky draw is held on or around the 10th day of each following month.
  • Non-winning entries are not carried over to the next entry period.

Roundys Feedback Survey Winners

  • There is a separate draw for each of the 7 monthly entry periods.
  • 1 Grand Prize winner is selected randomly from each entry period.
  • A total of 100 First Prize winners are also selected from each entry period.
  • There is a limit of 1 prize per person in each entry period.
  • Total 7 Grand Prize and 700 First Prize winners are selected over the entire promotion period.
