You must complete the online survey within 5 days of visit.
Answer all the survey questions based on your recent experience.

When you complete the online survey and entry form, you get 1 entry to the sweepstakes.
Each receipt is valid for one online survey.
There is a limit of 1 survey entry per person in each week.

No purchase is required for this entry method.
You will hand write the following info on a paper:-

- Complete address
- Phone number
- Date of birth
Mechanically produced entries are not accepted.
Each mail entry must be sent separately.
There is no limit on mail entries per person in each week.
Each eligible mail entry will result in 1 entry to the sweepstakes.

How are Winners of Wingstop Draw Notified

The winners of Wingstop Guest Feedback Survey are notified via e-mail.
Each winner must confirm the mailing address within 48 hrs via return email.
If a prize winner does not confirm the mailing address in time, the prize will be forfeit.
An alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
