There is a limit of 1 entry per person per month.

1. Till receipt

Purchase from a participating Sainsbury’s store is required.
Invitation for the feedback survey will be printed on your receipt.

Enter the following info printed on your receipt:-
- Amount spent
- Transaction number (4 digits)
- Time of visit
- Date of purchase
- Store number (last 4 digits)
You should complete the online survey within 7 days of purchase.
Answer all the survey questions based on your recent experience.
You will also fill an entry form with the following info:-
- Name
- Phone number
- E-mail address
When you complete the online survey and entry form, you get 1 entry to the prize draw.
Each receipt is valid for one online survey.

2. Invitation card

You may receive an invitation card to Sainsbury’s survey during a store visit.

Enter the following info printed on the invitation card:-
- Store number (4 digits)
- Date of visit
- Time
You should complete the online survey within 7 days of invite.
Answer all the survey questions based on your recent store visit.
You will also fill an entry form with the following info:-

Sainsbury’s Sweepstakes Period

The promotion period for Sainsburys Lettuce Know begins on 1st January of each calendar year and ends on 31st December of that year.

Regardless of entry method, there is a limit of 1 entry per person for each month.

Tell Sainsburys Prize Draw Periods

There are 12 separate drawing periods over the entire promotion period.
Duration of each entry period is 1 month.
Each draw period begins and ends with the calendar month.
A separate random draw is held for each drawing period.
The draw is held on the second Wednesday of each following month.
Non-winning entries are not carried over to the subsequent entry period.

Sainsburys Feedback Winners

There is a separate draw for each of the 12 entry periods.
10 prize winners are selected randomly from each drawing period.
Total of 120 prize winners are selected over the entire promotion period.

Tell Sainsburys Prize

10 prize winners are selected from each of the 12 entry periods.
Each prize winner will receive 100,000 Nectar Points.
These points will be credited to each winner’s Nectar account.
Estimated in-store value of these Nectar points is £500 each.

Sainsburys Feedback Prize Rules

You can use the Nectar points at any participating Sainsbury’s store.
Nectar points are also valid for online purchases.
These points are not transferable or exchangeable.
You cannot redeem these points for cash.

How are Winners of Sainsbury’s Draw Notified

The winners of Sainsburys Lettuce Know draw will be notified within 14 days of the draw via:-
- E-mail
- Phone
If a winner does not claim the prize within 14 days from notification, the prize will be forfeit.
An alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
If a winner does not have a Nectar account, such winner will be given the opportunity to open the account to claim the prize.
