- Each receipt is valid for one telephonic survey.

3. Mail
- No purchase is required for this entry method.

HEB Survey Sweepstakes Period
The H-E-B contest period begins on 13th May of each calendar year and ends on 12th May of the following year.
Regardless of entry method, there is a limit of 1 entry per person per day.
HEB Contest Drawing Periods
- There are 12 separate drawing periods during the entire contest period.
- Duration of each entry period is approx 1 month.
- Each draw period begins on the 12th day of the month.
- This drawing period will close on the 13th day of the following month.
- A separate random draw is held for each entry period.
- The lucky draw is held within 1 week from the 13th day of the relevant month.
- Non-winning entries are not carried over to the next drawing period.
HEB Sweepstakes Winners
- There is a separate draw for each of the 12 entry periods.
- For the purpose of draw, all eligible entries are divided into 1 of 5 HEB Market Regions.
- The detail of each of H-E-B market region is as follows:-

- Central
- Gulf Coast
- Houston
- 10 prize winners are selected randomly from each of the 5 Market Regions.
- There is a limit of 1 prize per person per quarter / 3 month period.
- Total 50 winners are selected from each monthly drawing period.
- In all, 600 winners are randomly selected over the entire promotion period.
HEB Contest Prize
- 50 prize winners are selected from each of the 12 monthly drawing periods.
- Each prize winner will receive $100.
- The prize is given in the form of a HEB Gift Card.
HEB Survey Prize Rules
- You can use the gift card at any participating store.
- H-E-B gift card is also valid for online purchases.
- This gift card is not transferable or exchangeable.
- The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
- HEB Gift card will have dormancy fees and a date of expiry.
How are Winners of HEB Sweepstakes Notified
- Winners of H-E-B Survey Contest are notified within 10 days of draw via:-
- Telephone
- Each potential winner must complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release within 14 days of receiving it.
- Any winner who does not respond to initial notification or fails to submit the affidavit in time will be disqualified.
- An alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
