Purchase from a participating Dollar General store is required.
Invitation for the online survey will be printed on your receipt.
You will visit the official survey website www.dgcustomerfirst.com.
Enter the following info printed on your receipt:-
- Time of visit
- Store number (5 digits)
- 15 digit survey code
You must complete the online survey within 7 days of receipt date.
Answer all the survey questions based on your recent visit.
You will also fill an entry form with the following info:-
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email
When you complete the online survey and entry form, you get 1 entry to the sweepstakes.
Each receipt is valid for one online survey.
There is a limit of 1 entry per person for every week.

2. Mail

No purchase is required for this entry method.
You will hand write the following info on a paper:-
- Full name
- Email
- Complete address
- Telephone
- Date of birth
Mechanically produced entries are not accepted.
Each mail entry must be sent separately.
There is a limit of 1 entry per person per week.
Each eligible mail entry will result in 1 entry to the sweepstakes.

Dollar General Sweepstakes Period

The promotion period for Dollar General Survey begins from February of each calendar year and ends in February of the following year.

Regardless of entry method, there is a limit of 1 entry per person in every week.

There are 53 separate entry periods during the entire promotion period.
Duration of each entry period is 1 week.
Each entry period begins on Saturday and ends on the coming Friday.
A separate random draw is held for each weekly entry period.
Non-winning entries are not carried over to the next entry period.

Dollar General Survey Winners

There is a separate draw for each of the 53 entry periods.
10 prize winners are selected randomly from each entry period.
Total of 530 prize winners are selected over the entire promotion period.

DG Customer First Prize

10 prize winners are selected from each of the 53 drawing periods.
Each prize winner will receive $100.
The prize is given in the form of a Dollar General Gift Card.

Dollar General Survey Prize Rules

You can use the gift card at any participating Dollar General store.
Gift card is also valid for online purchases.
This gift card is not transferable or exchangeable.
You cannot redeem the gift card for cash.

How are DG Customer First Winners Notified

The winners of Dollar General Survey are notified via:-

- Phone
Each winner will provide a mailing address within 3 days of notification.
If a prize winner does not respond within the above time, the prize will be forfeit.
An alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
