- Enter the 17 digit reference number printed on your receipt.
- You should take the online survey within 7 days of visit.
- Answer all the survey questions based on your recent experience.
- You will also fill an entry form with the following info:-
- Telephone number
- E-mail address
- When you complete the online survey and entry form, you get 1 entry to the sweepstakes.
- Each receipt is valid for one online survey.
- There is a limit of 1 entry per person for each entry period.
2. Telephonic Survey
- Purchase from a participating AutoZone store is required.
- Invitation for the online survey will be printed on your receipt.
- You will dial 1-800-598-8943 to access the telephone survey.
- Enter the 17 digit reference number printed on your receipt.
- Answer all the prerecorded survey questions using your dial-pad.
- You will then clearly state the following info when prompted:-
- Telephone number
- Full name
- Complete address
- Comments (optional)
- Press the hash (#) button to complete the telephonic survey.
- Once you complete all the above steps, you will receive 1 entry to the draw.
- There is a limit of 1 entry per person for each entry period.
3. Mail
- No purchase is required for this entry method.
- You will hand write the following info on a paper:-
- Full name
- Mailing address
- Contact number
- Date of Birth
- E-mail address
- Mechanically produced entries are not accepted.
- Each mail entry must be sent separately.
- There is a limit of 1 entry per person for each entry period.
- Each eligible mail entry will result in 1 entry to the sweepstakes.
